ABOUT
High Point Ruby was created for fine food, great company and moments that matter. Dive nose-first into wild
herbal aroma, followed by a cool wave of zest and spice, before kicking back with lasting bittersweet citrus.
METHOD
High Point take pride in crafting their liquid; with each bottle of High Point being one month in the making.
Starting its journey as a sweet tea base, the team ferment it twice, creating a base liquid through mixed ferment
culture with their unique yeast and bacteria blend.
Next, the base liqueur is then infused with our natural ingredients to produce 6 elements to blend with – to create
the Ruby High Point use hibiscus, lavender, wormwood, pink peppercorn, orange zest, pink grapefruit zest

Bright, refreshing, with bursts of grapefruit and bittersweet floral notes.
RECOMMENDED SERVES
RUBY SPRITZ: 50ml High Point Ruby, 200ml tonic water. Pour over ice. Add a slice of pink grapefruit
HIGH POINT AMBER
ABOUT
High Point Amber is made to be used in cocktails, and comes alive when used in whiskey sours, collins and as
our simple lowball. Gentle rolling smoke and spice, relaxes into Amber’s signature smooth mouthfeel. A hint of
vanilla and log-fired toffee sweeps into a long warming finish.

Next, the base liqueur is then infused with our natural ingredients to produce 6 elements to blend with – to create
the High Point Amber use Lapsang, ginger, clove, vanilla, cacao nibs, gentian root. This is then cold-smoked for
a week for that smoky tone
