METHOD

Lutèce macerate real herbs & plants separately – laurel, linden flower, whole lemons, gentian root, pink peppercorn, coriander & fennel seed – in French neutral grain spirit. These are then redistilled, assembled and proofed down.

RECOMMENDED SERVES

Lutèce & tonic: ½ Lutèce & ½ craft tonic, build over ice & garnish with a lemon & bay leaf

Lutèce frappé: 80ml Lutèce over crushed ice
