Colonel Fox’s London Dry Gin

Distilled by Charles Maxwell at Thames Distillery. This Gin is made with Italian Juniper, bitter orange sourced from Morocco, cassia bark, angelica root and coriander seed. .

TASTE & AROMA

Italian juniper gives the classic gin flavour with a fresh, aromatic spice on the nose, leading into a wonderful lem- on and peppery finish with a sweet and creamy mouth feel.

RECOMMENDED SERVES

Works beautifully with fresh citrus or in stirred down, gin-forward recipes

Gentleman Badger’s Wild Blackthorn Sloe Gin

Colonel Fox London Dry Gin is steeped with wild blackthorn and sloe berries before being blended with natural sugar to produce a traditional English liqueur.

TASTE & AROMA

A rich gin with warming notes of cassis and blackcurrant, hints of damson jam, white pepper and apple peel, with a backbone of intense, tangy juniper and exotic spices.

Distilled by Charles Maxwell, owner of Thames Distillery and owned by CASK co-founders Richard Herbert and Stuart Ekins, Colonel Fox’s dry gin  was designed with cocktail creation in mind and works beautifully with fresh citrus or in stirred down gin-forward recipes. Artist Charlotte Cory designed the bottle label, combining the Victorian portraits with animals, producing Colonel Fox and his dear friend, Gentleman Badger.... less
